No example located in North America; a small copy in good condition (some notes, signatures and catchwords shaved, one leaf folded in to preserve text). The first owner, who assembled this collected volume, recorded THE PRICE OF EACH BOOK AND OF THE BINDING on the front pastedown in manuscript.
